I want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify me within 14 days of delivery.
Returns eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- You must contact me before returning the item
As GIG-LOG-RAPHY is a physical printed product, minor variations in print or hand-finishing may occur and are considered part of the product’s character, not faults.
How to request a return
To request a return, please email:

Include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
I’ll reply with return instructions.
Return postage
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If an item is faulty or damaged, return postage will be covered
I recommend using a tracked service, as I can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified that the return has been processed
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
If confirmed as faulty:
- A replacement or refund will be offered
- Return postage will be covered where applicable
Non-returnable items
Items may not be eligible for return if:
- They show signs of use
- They are returned outside the 14-day cancellation window
- They are damaged due to misuse
